Refund Policy
Due to the irrevocable nature of generated cryptographic license keys and digital software deliveries, we maintain a strict non-refundable policy.
1. No Returns on Digital Goods
All sales of Coral AI software licenses are Final. Because our software consists of digital keys that are instantaneously delivered and activated upon your hardware, the product cannot be "returned" in a traditional sense.

2. Exceptions (Double Charges)
The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is in the event of an undisputed double-charge via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
If you are double-charged for a single license generation, please attach your Invoice and Bank Statement to coralaiassistant@gmail.com. We will initiate a reversal for the duplicate charge within 5-7 business days.
