Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Coral AI Application, encompassing the digital licensure, software APIs, and associated cloud architectures.
1. Digital Software Licensing
Coral AI provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime licenseto use our desktop application. This license is strictly bound to your PC's Hardware Identity (HWID).
Engaging in license sharing, reverse-engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized circumvention of DRM mechanisms is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent hardware bans without refund.
2. Expected Lifetime & HWID Resets
"Lifetime" means the lifetime functionality of the software as currently supported. If you change your major computer hardware (Motherboard/CPU), your license will become invalid due to the security lock.
HWID Reset Entitlement
Users are entitled to exactly one (1) free HWID reset parameter per year via Customer Support to migrate their license to a newly purchased PC.
3. Generative AI Disclaimer
The AGI and AI output generated by Coral AI is provided "as is". We are not responsible for hallucinated facts, code errors, or any liability originating from automated code execution across the OS. You bear full legal and ethical responsibility for the implementation and moderation of any AI-generated data or executing macros.
4. Abuse & Network Termination
Utilizing the Coral AI API pipeline for bulk scraping, DDoS simulations, generating illicit/harmful imagery, or bypassing regional compliance restrictions will result in immediate and permanent software deactivation.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the Constitution and laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts.
