These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Coral AI application, services, and associated platforms. Please read them carefully.
Effective Date: Feb 2026
1. Digital Software Licensing
Coral AI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our desktop application. This license is tied to your authorized hardware.
Unauthorized distribution, reverse-engineering, decompilation, or circumvention of licensing mechanisms is prohibited and may result in the termination of your license without a refund.
2. Expected Lifetime & HWID Resets
Your software license is intended for use on a single authorized device. Significant changes to your core computer hardware (such as the motherboard or CPU) may require re-authentication.
Hardware Transfer Entitlement
Users are eligible to request one hardware reset per year through our customer support team to transfer their license to a newly acquired device.
3. Generative AI Disclaimer
The content generated by Coral AI is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the generated output. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated data or code before implementation.
4. Abuse & Network Termination
Using the Coral AI platform for unauthorized data scraping, network disruption, generating prohibited content, or circumventing compliance controls will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the Constitution and laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts.
